Nahur Railway Station

Nahur Railway Station is located on the Central Railway main line between Mulund and Bhandup railway stations. It was inaugurated on 21st April 2006.

Nahur Railway StationNahur railway station is located on the Central Railway main line between Mulund and Bhandup railway stations in Central Mumbai, Maharashtra. Nahur is a well developed place in Mumbai. The railway station is situated at the far end of Bhandup. The station serves the localities of Nahur, Bhandup (east) i.e. Bhandupgaon and village road, Bhandup (west). The station was inaugurated on 21st April 2006. Nahur has also reduced congestion in Mulund and Bhandup railway stations, mainly during the peak hours. Currently, trains only halt at the Nahur Station, because it still does not have the provision to have platforms for fast trains. Nahur is also the nearest railway station on the Central Railway line, which connects to Airoli in New Mumbai. It also caters to those, who live in Bhandup East and Airoli Link Road. Every day the station caters to thousands of passengers.
