Allahabad Museum is a collection cum exhibition house located in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. Allahabad Museum, inaugurated in 1947 by the first Prime Minister of India, Jawaharlal Nehru. It has now become one of the best-kept museums in India. The museum is known for its separate galleries which are devoted to archaeological findings, art gallery, natural history exhibits and artefacts.

The ancient sculpture from Mathura, Bhumra, Jamsot, terracotta of Kausambi; Rajasthani Miniatures; Paintings of Nicholas Roerich and those of the Bengal School of Art, autobiography of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru; manuscripts of well-known Hindi authors, .32 bore Colt pistol of Chandra Shekhar Azad and the “Gandhi Smrithi Vahan†are some unique items among the collection in the museum.

Allahabad Museum is located in the centre of the city of Allahabad. It is easily connected with the railways, roadways and airways from different parts of India. The museum is open from Tuesday to Sunday, and offers free guide service, free entrance for conferences and educational programmes and provision of publication, plaster-cast replicas and photographs on cheap rates and facilities of an air-conditioned library for scholars and students.
