Udaybhanu Singh or Udaybhanu Singh, Lokendra Bahadur, Diler Jang Jai Deo was the Jat ruler of the princely state of Dholpur. Udaybhanu Singh was born on 12th February 1893.

Udaybhanu Singh, also known as Udaybhanu Singh, Lokendra Bahadur, Diler Jang Jai Deo, was one of the most prominent Jat ruler of the princely state of Dholpur, Rajasthan. The princely state of Dholpur was a territory of eastern Rajputana that was founded by the Bamraulia clan Jat Rana rulers in 1806 AD. Dholpur was located in the current Indian state of Rajasthan. Udaybhanu Singh was born on 12th February 1893 and belonged to the Bamraulia dynasty or gotra of Jats. Singh succeeded, his younger brother Rana Ram Singh, in the year 1911, after his death. He received complete rights for ruling over the kingdom of Dholpur on 9th October 1913. Udaybhanu Singh, Lokendra Bahadur, Diler Jang Jai Deo completed his education from the Mayo College in Ajmer. Afterwards, he joined the Imperial Cadet Corps at Dehradun.

Rule of Udaybhanu Sing
Maharaja Rana Udaybhanu Singh was the last ruler of the princely state of Dholpur. In the year 1931, he served as a delegate to the Round Table Conference. After the independence of India in 1947, Udaybhan Singh complied with the Union of India on 7th April 1949. The state of Dholpur was combined with 3 neighbouring states to create the Matsya union within the union of India. He became the Rajpramukh of the union, which was later unified with various other similar unions to develop the current Indian state of Rajasthan. He took several efforts for the progress and improvement of the region and his subjects.

Personal Life of Udaybhanu Singh
Rana Udaybhanu Singh was married to Her Highness Sri Badrukhanwala Maharani Malvender Kaur Sahiba in April 1911. She was the daughter of Sardar Shamsher Singh, the Chieftain or Sardar of Badrukhan in the state of Jind. The royal couple had an only daughter named Maharajkumari Shri Urmila Devi Sahiba. She was married to Maharaja Pratap Singh of Nabhaa. Her son Maharajkumar Shri Hemant Singh succeeded Maharaja Rana of Dholpur who ruled from the year 1954. Sir Udaybhanu Singh died at the age of 61, on 22 October 1954, after a reign of 43 years.
