Sri Nun Teerth located in Rajasthan is a Jain pilgrimage centre. The teerth kshetra is situated in the Nun village. The temple is dedicated to Lord Parshvanatha, the twenty-third Jain Tirthankara.

As per reference Sri Nun Teerth dates back to the ancient times. According to history the teerth was once a rich and prosperous city and was resided by many people. Several beautiful Jain temple were built here by are now completely in ruins. It is believed that this attractive temple was built about the year 1100 of the Vikram Samvat Era. Since the construction of the temple it has been repaired and renovated several times. Many other villages located in the vicinity of this teerth are now deserted. The miraculous idol in the Nun temple is called `Asapuran Parshvanatha` by the pilgrims. The temple is visited by pilgrims from the vicinity of the teerth kshetra as well as from far off places. It is believed that if prayed with all devotion the Lord fulfils the wishes of the pilgrims.

The temple of Sri Nun Teerth houses the idol of Bhagawan Ashapuran Parshvanatha. The Swetambara temple has been brilliantly decorated with intricate artistic designs that enhance the look of the temple. The creative works of the craftsmen depicts their skills. The walls and pillars of the temple are adorned with specimens of ancient art and paintings. The idol of the Lord is 43 cm in height is white in colour. It is seated in a padmasana posture. The idol has been beautifully carved from a single stone and looks very appealing. The smiling face of the Lord looks very calm and serene.
The Temple of Sri Nun Teerth organizes many annual gatherings and functions that are celebrated with much enthusiasm. Every year a fair is held here on the tenth day of the bright half of the month of Magasar. There are provisions for dharamshalas or rest houses for the pilgrims that are well equipped with all modern facilities. There are also facilities for Upashrays, Ayambilshala and Jnanabhandar. The teerth being situated amidst beautiful natural surroundings attracts many pilgrims. The surrounding greenery and the beauty of the teerth mesmerize and fascinate the pilgrims.
