Shri Samina Kheda Teerth located in Rajasthan is a Jain pilgrimage centre. The teerth kshetra is situated in the Samina Kheda village near Udaipur. The temple is dedicated to Lord Parshvanatha, the twenty-third Jain Tirthankara.
History of Shri Samina Kheda Teerth
Shri Samina Kheda Teerth is an ancient teerth kshetra. As per reference it was earlier a rich and prosperous place that was resided by many people. Many historical events are said to have taken place here. A metal idol of the eighth century was found here that proves the antiquity of this place. According to history Samina Kheda had been the birthplace of Acharya Jinchandrasuri and Jinkushalsuri. Samina Parshvanathji has been mentioned in the `365 Shri Parshvajina Namamala.` Since its construction the temple has been repaired and renovated several times. As per records it was renovated in the year 2025 of the Vikram Samvat Era. The idol of the Lord was reinstalled in the year 1990. The devotees believe that the idol of Lord Parshvanatha possess miraculous powers. Thousands of Jains and non Jains from the nearby as well as far off places visit the temple to offer their prayers. It is said that if prayed with all devotion the Lord fulfils the wishes of the pilgrims.

The temple of Shri Samina Kheda Teerth houses the idol of Bhagawan Samina Parshvanatha. The Swetambara temple has been magnificently decorated with intricate artistic designs. The creative temple work boast about the skills of the craftsmen. The walls and pillars of the temple are adorned with specimens of ancient art and paintings. The attractive pinnacles of the temple enhance the beauty of the temple. The idol of the Lord is 45 cm in height and is black in colour. It is seated in a padmasana posture. The idol has been beautifully carved from a single stone and looks very appealing. The smiling face of the Lord looks very calm and serene.
