Radi Nokat is a major tourist attraction located about 7 kms from Resubelpara town in the North Garo Hills district of Meghalaya. The prime attraction of this village is the presence of numerous natural rock formations, conical in shape resembling "Shiva Lingams" (Shiva" Phallus). These natural rock formations have become a holy site for devoted Hindu Pilgrims from all over the country and beyond. Every year, hundreds of devoted followers gather at this site to commemorate the birth of Hindu God, Lord Shiva.
