The Pabbar River is a distributary of Yamuna river and a tributary of the Tons river.

Pabbar River, Indian RiverThe Pabbar river is a tributary of the Tons river and finally drains into the river Yamuna. The river begins from the Dhauladhar range, which are the south facing slopes near the border of Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh and the extreme North-Eastern of Shimla district. Chandra Nahan glacier and springs originating from underground waters feed the main stream. The river joins the Tons River at the base of the Chakrata massif near the border of Uttar Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh.
