Denwa River is a lifeline river of Satpura National Park. The Denwa River originates from southeastern part of the Hoshangabad district (Hoshangabad District of Madhya Pradesh houses Pachmarhi, one of the most popular hill stations of the country) in Madhya Pradesh State. It flows from east to west direction before joining the Tawa river at south of Rainpur.
