The Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Battalion was a former infantry regiment under the British Colonial Auxiliary Forces of British Indian Army. The unit of the British volunteer corps was formed on 24th July 1903 by the British Empire in India. The infantry regiment was affiliated with the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway and included staff from the Railway Company.
The Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Battalion was raised from the troops of the Oudh Volunteer Rifle Corps and the Rohilkhand Volunteer Rifle Corps. The army unit was renamed on 1st April 1917 as the 25th Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Battalion. Later on 1st October 1920, the military battalion was designated as the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway Battalion. Eventually it was amalgamated with the East Indian Railway Regiment in the year 1926.
