Namgyal Institute of Tibetology: Namgyal Institute of Tibetology is a popular Tibet Museum located in Gangtok. It was opened on 1st October 1958. This museum is known as the promoter of Tibetan culture, history, religion and art. The museum houses a wide collection of thangkas and statues.
Sikkim Science Centre: Sikkim Science Centre, located in Marchak, Gangtok, is a one-of-its-kind establishment in the state. The centre conveys detailed information about science and technology in an informal way. It houses some interesting galleries such as the Unique Humankind gallery, Taramandal, Fun Science gallery, Gallery for Students" Activities and the science park.
Black Cat Museum: A state of the art museum has been created in Gangtok to showcase the rich history of the state of Sikkim. The museum consists of a mesmerizing photo gallery showcasing the rich history, culture, traditions and major wars fought by the warrior clans of Sikkim along with an Audio Tour Guide System (the only one in Sikkim).
Flower Show Museum: White Hall in Gangtok hosts the admirable flower show that houses seasonal flowers and make the place a picture of pretty. The flower exhibition has now been recognised internationally as it well deserves to be. Besides the main April-May exhibition, seasonal exhibitions are also hosted in the flower museum when the remaining flowers are in bloom.
High Court of Sikkim Museum: High Court of Sikkim Museum, which was once the Chief Justice"s bungalow, is now converted as a museum on December 2017. The Museum has a rich and diversified collection of art, antiquities, paintings, sculptures, coins, ceramics, archaeological objects, illustrated manuscripts, armours, photographs and many more.
Ganju Lama War Museum: Ganju Lama War Museum is the only museum in Sikkim conceptualised as a tribute to the brave soldiers of India who gave their lives for the country.
