Causes of Gastric Trouble
Gastritis trouble usually occurs because of an inflammation of the lining of the stomach and has many possible causes. The main severe causes are excessive alcohol consumption or prolonged use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Sometimes it occurs after any major surgery or some severe infections. Further, Gastric trouble may also develop in those people who have undergone weight loss surgery as it affects the digestive tract. Non-erosive causes are infection with bacteria, primarily Helicobacter pylori. There are several diseases like Pernicious Anaemia and certain auto-immune disorders that can also lead to gastritis trouble. Gas is the collection of odourless vapours including nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen and hydrogen and in some cases methane as well. A basic understanding of the causes of gastric trouble actually helps in reducing the gas with effective treatment. The other causes of gastric trouble are the consumption of spicy or fatty food or eating too fast. Inadequate fluid intake, peptic ulcer and even use of drugs such as aspirin, corticosteroids, and beta-blockers can be the cause of gastric trouble.

It might also create serious problems and alarming diseases. Some tests like complete blood count test, Gastrocopy, blood test, a stool test are useful in detecting gastric problem.

Treatment of Gastric Trouble
Treatment of gastric problem comprises consuming antacids, avoiding hot or spicy foods. For those with Pernicious Anaemia, B12 injections are given. There are some easy methods considered as home treatment of gastric trouble. Drinking water with few drops of mint essence greatly helps in reducing gastric trouble. Consuming lime juice before meals is also effective. Treatment of gastric trouble can also be carried out through several exercise forms and Yoga asanas. Those who practice regular exercises face minor gastric problems as compared to others. Self-regulation and exercises are best ways to avoid gastritis, however medications in homeopathy, Ayurveda and allopathic are also available in the market.
