Gangajaha or Ganga Deri is an Indian temple with historic importance. It is located in the Bhavnagar district of Gujarat state of India. It is one of the popular tourist attractions in Bhavnagar. Tourists from all over the country keep on visiting this temple.
History of Gangajaha
This memorial palace was built by Bhavnagar Maharaja Takhtsinghji in the memory of his wife Maharani Majirajba in 1893 AD. This historic palace was designed by Sir John Griffiths.

Among the various beautiful places to see in Bhavnagar, Gangajaha holds a special place among the tourists. The place where the Gangajaha temple is established was previously a tank. The temple is skilfully carved out of white marble stones which provide a touch of elegance. In the temple resides Gangadevi, the Ganga Goddess. The temple of Gangadevi is also designed with a `Chhatri` or partition which is another unique feature of the temple.
