It is located about 8.1 kilometres away from Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh. It is close to Khajjar Meadow. The scenic path continues to 5 kilometres south along with the edge at the Chuari Pass (2772metres) on the Chamba-Chuari Khas road, Himachal Pradesh.

Thousands of devotees visit this temple to fulfil their salvation, wealth and to get knowledge. According to the legends, devotees also visit this temple to get a relief from different diseases.
