Medak Cathedral situated in Medak is the cathedral church of the Diocese of Medak of the Church of South India since 1947. It is recognized as the largest church in Telangana. Medak diocese has the distinction of being the single largest diocese in Asia and the second in the world after the Vatican. This church is devoted to St. Peter and was consecrated on 25th of December, 1924.

All Saints Church
All Saints Church is housed in the Trimulgherry locality of Secunderabad. Dedicated to All Saints, this Church was constructed in 1860 AD. This church serves the British Cantonment of Secunderabad and is a fine representation of Gothic style of architecture.

CSI Garrison Wesley Church
CSI Garrison Wesley Church beautifies Trimulgherry in Secunderabad. This church was built in 1853 and is a fine representation of Carpenter Gothic style of architecture. This church was one of the six structures to be awarded the Heritage Award by the Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage, in the year 2015.

Holy Trinity Church
Holy Trinity Church is located in the Bolarum locality of Secunderabad. This medium-sized church was built in 1847 on a land donated by the Nizam of Hyderabad. The structure of this church is based on Victorian Gothic style of architecture.

St. Thomas (SPG) Tamil Cathedral
St. Thomas (SPG) Tamil Cathedral is housed in Secunderabad. It is dedicated to St Thomas and was built in the year 1852. The British missionary society called the Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts is credited with the establishment of this church. The structure of this church is based on Gothic Revival style of architecture, which was prevalent during the Victorian era.

Centenary Methodist Church
Centenary Methodist Church is a Protestant Church built in the 1970s. It was constructed in Hyderabad to accommodate the increasing number of Methodists in the city. The seating capacity of this church has given it the distinction of being the largest church in the city. Centenary Methodist Church shares its premises with the Methodist chapel, which is recognized as its predecessor.
