This Gurudwara is known to be built between 1778 and 1784. Baba Atal Sahib was constructed to commemorate the early death of the son of Guru Hargobind Singh namely, Baba Atal Rai. It is known that Baba Atal died when he was 9 years old. At the site of this Gurudwara he had renounced the world. This Gurudwara is architecturally different from other Sikh worship centers in India. Gurudwara Ber Sahib Gurudwara Ber Sahib is located in Sultanpur Lodi that lies in the district of Kapurthala. It was constructed in honor of the founder of Sikhism namely, Guru Nanak Dev. Guru Nanak Dev is known to attain enlightenment from the place where this Gurudwara is situated, while bathing in the River Kali Bein. Gurdwara Charan Kamal Gurdwara Charan Kamal is located in Machhiwara in the district of Ludhiana. This Gurdwara was established after the visit of tenth Sikh Guru namely, Guru Gobind Singh to the village of Machhiwara. This Gurdwara was established at the very place in this village where Guru Gobind Singh rested, had a sip of water from a nearby well and fell asleep on the bare land using his arm as a pillow.
