![]() Trees in Duarsini The forest of Duarsini in Purulia is dotted with shal, piyal, shimul and palash trees with the Satgurang River flowing across. At night one can hear the music of "Madol", (drum) reverberating from the tribal village. They celebrate a number of festivals all over the year. This popular place is easily accessible to the tourists as there are ample rail and road facilities that are available for tourists.
