30th Indian Infantry Brigade

The 30th Indian Infantry Brigade was one of the former infantry formations of the British Indian Army that was raised during the Second World War. The brigade was formed on 15 January 1943 under the administrative control of the British Empire in India. In August 1943, the 30th Indian Infantry Brigade was re-structured and re-designated as the 2nd Indian Infantry Division.

The troops took part in a number of military operations and campaigns under the British administration.

The 30th Indian Infantry Brigade was formed by the following army regiments -
* 2nd Hyderabad Infantry (January 1943 to May 1943)
* 21st King George V`s Own Horse (January 1943 to February 1943)
