![]() Career of Saif Ali Khan Saif Ali Khan made his acting debut in the 1993 film Parampara directed by Yash Chopra, the film also had Aamir Khan but failed to gain a wide audience. He next appeared opposite Mamta Kulkarni and Shilpa Shirodkar in the box office flops, Aashiq Awara and Pehchaan respectively, but Khan went on to earn Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance in Aashiq Awara at the 39th Filmfare Awards. Personal Life of Saif Ali Khan Saif Ali Khan married actress Amrita Singh on October 1991 but the marriage did not work and after 13 long years they divorced in 2004. They have two children, a daughter named Sara and a son named Ibrahim.
