War of Aryans

The Indian Aryans were separated among themselves and crusaded combats. One of the groups comprised Sirinjayas and Bharats, while, the other group comprised five people, i.e., Yadus, Turvasas, Duruhyus, Anus, and Purus. Sudas was the mighty king of the Charats and contended one of the most substantial of early battles, known as the Battle of Ten Kings. He emerged triumphant and Punjab came under his control and influence. Besides this battle, he also fought the Shivas, Alinas etc. and overpowered them. Sudas was a very valiant and forceful king of his time.

Conflict between Aryans and Non-Aryans
Aryans also had to fight against the Non-Aryans, whom they called Dasa, Dasyu, Asura, Pisacha, and Rakshasa. According to Dr. R. K. Mookerjee, "The Non-Aryans of the Rigveda were a well-organised people" and that "the overthrow of the black-skin was by no means an easy job for the Aryans". The names of some of the Non-Aryan chiefs were Llibisa, Dhuni, Chumuri, Piru, Varchin and Sambara. Med was a mighty Non-Aryan king. The Aryan king Sudas conquered him. Slowly and steadily, on account of their superior-trained armies and commanding cavalry, the Aryans occupied the whole region of the Non-Aryans.
