University Museum of Himalayan Archaeology and Ethnography is located inside the campus of H.N.B. Garhwal University. Department of Ancient Indian History, Culture and Archaeology set up this museum in the year 1981.The museums has a huge collection of antiquities from different ages. The Ethnographical collection of the museum deserves special mention. Besides the sculptures of Garhwal Himalayas throw great deal of light on the past.
The museum is open on all days from 10 A.M to 4 P.M except on Sundays and university holidays.
