Survey Museum

Survey Museum of Roorke boasts off old and modern surveying equipments.

Survey Museum of Roorke is located inside the campus of University of Roorkee.The museum is maintained by Department of Civil Engineering of that University. The museum was established in the year 1950 mainly for the Engineering students. The museum houses old surveying elements of 19th century and modern surveying and mapping equipments. The museum is open on all days from 9.30 in the morning to 4.30 in the evening except on Sundays and University holidays.
