Shri Vyankatesh Temple

Shri Vyankatesh Temple is located on Dharaskar Road in Itwari, Nagpur.

The chief idea to build a Vyankatesh Temple in Nagpur was given by respected chief venerable Swami Shri Dharacharyaji. The construction of the Vyankatesh Temple started in 1963, completing it in 1968.

The statue of the God Vyankatesh in this Nagpur temple is extremely beautiful, made of black stone and adorned with gold ornaments. There are three statues located below the main idol and all three are made of solid, pure gold by craftsmen from Chennai. The chief idol, however, has been brought down from South India.
