The Ratnagiri Hindu Sabha was an organization founded by Vinayak Damodar Savarkar in 1924. This organization took birth in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. The Sabha worked for the preservation of Hindu social and cultural heritage and later merged into the Hindu Mahasabha. Kashinath Laxman Parulekar worked both for the Ratnagiri Hindu Sabha and Hindutva movements. He also worked with Savarkar during his stay in Ratnagiri and since then worked for the Ratnagiri Hindu Sabha. Kashinath Laxman Parulekar was the president of Ratnagiri Hindu Sabha from 1948. After Bhagojisheth Keer passed away in 1944, a dispute arose regarding the ownership of the Patitpavan Mandir amidst the followers of Ratnagiri Hindu Sabha. However, after the settlement between the oppositions, the Ratnagiri Hindu Sabha went on at its slow pace under the guidance of Kashinath Laxman Parulekar.
