Lokaloka is a Sanskrit word derived from `Loka` means world and `Aloka` means unworld.
In the Hindu mythology, Lokaloka means `a world and no world` or the invisible world. It is the invisible world, the inner ranges of being. In the Puranas it is said to be the belt or circle of mountains surrounding the outermost of the seven seas and dividing the visible or manifest world from the invisible worlds, often called the region of darkness.
There is the mountain range encircling the world Lokaloka. The world is separated by it from that which is not world`s. It is a magnificent belt of mountains girdling the outermost of the seven seas and dividing the visible world from the region of darkness. It is believed to be ten thousand yojanas in breadth, and as many in height.
