Kuhu

Kuhu is one of the daughters of Angiras.

In the Hindu mythology it is mentioned that Kuhu is the daughter of Angiras, the Prajapati.

Kuhu means the last day of the moon`s wane. The four daughters of Angiras are designated phases of the moon. The other daughters of Angiras are Richas, Sasvati, Sinivali, Raka and Anumati.

Kuhu is also the name of a river that originates in the Himalaya.
