The key appeal of these temples is the hundreds of Mongolian and Tibetan conserved texts, pressed between wooden slats and draped in red and yellow silk. The temples are linked to Thiksey near Leh. Daily buses link the Kangyu-Lang and Tsangyu-Lang temples to Leh and Deskit.
