Kalaimagal Meenakshisundram Archaeological Learning & Research Centre

Nestled in the city of Erode in Tamil Nadu, the Kalaimagal Meenakshisundram Archaeological Learning & Research Centre was established in the year 1981. As the name suggests, it is an archaeological museum.

Objects that are in store of the museum include hero stones, stone sculptures, metal sculptures, ancient metal objects, palm leaf manuscripts, pre-historic and early historic antiquities, Roman, Medieval Chola and Pandya coins.

People who are eager to visit the museum may come in the local school timing. It remains close on Sundays and on the month of April and May.
