Isha is specialized in contemporary and aerial dance forms. Bollywood was never in her priority list but eventually in course of time she stepped into this arena and marked her presence through several Bollywood movies. Apart from this, she has also enacted in several South Indian movies.

Early Life of Isha Sharvani
Isha Sharvani was born in Gujarat on 29th September 1984. She spent a part of her childhood in Ahmedabad but later moved to several places including Bangalore, Vrindavan, Orissa and Delhi and finally settled down in Trivandrum. For about 13 to 14 years Isha had lived in an arts school known as Academy for Art Research, Training and Innovation (AARTI) in Trivandrum, Kerala which was founded by her parents. She started her formal training in dance at a young age of 13 from her mother Daksha Sheth at her dance school. She received training in different dance forms such as Kathak, Kalaripayattu and Chhau dance. For the last few years, Isha had given dance performances in 22 countries. For about 11 years, Isha had undergone vigorous training sessions where she used to spend 8 to 10 hours a day practicing dance in a highly disciplined atmosphere. She is also trained in Malkam dancing, which an exquisite form of folk dance.

Isha Sharvani was never keen about pursuing a career in Bollywood. However she entered this world through the movie Kisna in 2005 under the direction of renowned film director Subhash Ghai who wanted a skilled dancer to perform in his movie. Thus, Isha was offered the lead role in the movie alongside Vivek Oberoi. Although the movie did not perform well at the box office, Isha received appreciations for her dances. Later Isha appeared in the Parle Hide and Seek commercial where she rendered a beautiful dance duet with Hrithik Roshan. In the following years (2006 and 2007) she continued her work as a dancer and performed in several stage shows. Meanwhile she also sang for a few movies. In the year 2006 she starred in the Hindi comedy movie Darwaza Bandh Rakho as the female lead. Presently at Daksha Sheth Dance Company, Isha is the lead dancer. She has also delivered numerous live performances all around the world including Mumbai, Perth, London and Muscat.

Isha Sharvani`s journey in the film industry continued with movies like Rocky: The Rebel, Good Boy Bad Boy, U, Me aur Hum, Luck by Chance and David. She also worked in South Indian films including Maattrraan, David (Tamil) and 5 Sundarikal. In the year 2012 she participated in the dance reality show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Season 5 which was telecasted on Colors TV in which her dance received huge acclamations.
