East-North-East Extended Plot

Vastu Shastra lays rules for constructing the house in a north east extended plot.

The semi-diagonal plots can be divided into several kinds of plots. The more the angles of declination the better the prospects of the plots. When a plot is in its East - North-East direction it makes an angles of declination of 10° to 20° with its magnetic meridian. In this kind of a plot male progeny are found more in number. The persons living in the house built on this plot are regarded as honourable persons in the society. They get fame and success on a large scale. They are looked upon as ideal people. However they are not very affluent. The increase in wealth will also be limited. Economic side can become strong, if a bore well or a well is constructed in the North - North-East direction. The building will be more beneficial for use once it is built by following the principles of Vastu Shastra.
