Begusarai District
Begusarai District is one of the thirty-eight districts of the Indian state of Bihar. The city of Begusarai is its administrative headquarters.

Darbhanga District
Darbhanga district is one of the thirty-eight districts of Bihar state and Darbhanga city is the administrative headquarters of this district and a big city of Bihar as well. Darbhanga district is a part of Darbhanga Division. Darbhanga district is bounded on the north by Madhubani district, on the south by Samastipur district, on the east by Saharsa district and on the west by Sitamarhi District and Muzaffarpur district. Darbhanga district covers an area of 2,279 square km.

Lakhisarai District
Lakhisarai district is one of the thirty-eight districts of Bihar and Lakhisarai town is the administrative headquarters of this district. Lakhisarai district is a part of Munger Division. The district occupies an area of 1228 square km. The district has a population of 8,01,173.

Nalanda District
Nalanda district is one of the thirty-eight districts of the state of Bihar in India. Bihar Sharif is the administrative headquarters of this district. Nalanda District is also popular for the famous archaeological site Nalanda.

Patna District
Patna district is one of the thirty-eight districts of Bihar state. Patna, the capital of Bihar state is the district headquarters. Patna district is a part of Patna division.

Saharsa District
Saharsa District is one of the popular districts in central part of Bihar and Saharsa town is the administrative headquarters of this district. Saharsa district is a part of the Kosi Division and it became a district on 1st April 1954 and has subsequently become smaller with other districts being carved from it, most notably Madhepura District in 1981.

Sheikhpura District
Sheikhpura district is one of the thirty-eight districts of Bihar state and Sheikhpura town is the administrative headquarters of this district. Sheikhpura district is a part of Munger Division. Sheikhpura was separated from Munger District and was made a separate district with headquarters at Sheikhpura on 31st July 1994. Sheikhpura district has given many veteran leaders to the nation like the first chief minister of Bihar Krishna Singh, Sukhdev Prasad Singh, and Rajo Singh. The main role in the formation of this district was of Rajo Singh.

Vaishali District
Vaishali district is a district in Bihar. It is named after the ancient city of Vaishali of Mithila, which is mentioned in the Mahabharata, Ramayana and Puirana as well as in Buddhism and Jainism. It is a part of Tirhut division.
