Dalada is the left canine tooth of Buddha. This is the only remains of the body of the holy sage. This tooth is placed in a holy chamber in Sri Lanka. It is enshrined in six cases, the largest of them being upwards of five feet in height and formed of silver. All the Buddhists worship the Dalada with great respect.
