Chamunda Devi Temple, considered sanctified by the worshippers, is located in Basholi, a small town situated on the right bank of the Ravi River in Kathua district of Jammu & Kashmir. Basholi is about 88km from Bani. The prehistorical temple is dedicated to Chamunda Devi, the Goddess being worshipped in the form of a natural rock. By bus, the temple is reachable from Jammu, Kathua, Udhampur and Billawar.
