Architecture of Budha Ganesha Temple
Budha Ganesha Temple, exhibiting the architectural grandeur of bygone eras, confirms itself to the Kalingan order. The complete building has been built using Khanolite stone. However, during recent repair and renovation work the temple was coated with lime plaster to retain the sculptural beauty of the shrine. Besides, Lord Ganesha idols of Lord Vishnu, Mahishasuramardini along with Jain Tirthankara Lord Shantinath are installed in the temple. The structure, plan and its architectural work suggests the temple to have been built during the 11th century A.D. The temple, marked by Rekha, Pidha structure, bears a close resemblance to the shrines located at Sonepur and Bhubaneshwar.

Budha Ganesha Temple celebrates the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi attracting thousands to pilgrims from different corners.
