Early Life of Deepal Shaw
Deepal Shaw was born on 21st February 1986 in Mumbai in a joint family which initially hailed from Uttar Pradesh. She is a B.A. in psychology and is extremely passionate about sports.

Career of Deepal Shaw
Deepal began her career with modelling. She took part in the 2004 Miss India beauty pageant but was voted on the final round. Later, she also participated in the Thums Up ad campaign with Sushmita Sen and Salman Khan. Following that she took up singing and got offers for music videos. She rose to instant fame with her first album "Baby Doll" in 2004 and released its sequel as Baby Doll Chapter 2. Her hit remixes "Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar" and "Rangeela Re" became extremely popular. Deepal set her interest in the silver screen and got to act in two Bollywood films called "Daag- The Shades of Love" and "Kalyug". The former was directed by Hriday Shetty. The later was a Mahesh Bhatt direction with Emran Hashmi and Kunal Khemu in leading roles. She has also starred in "Runway" and "Right Ya Wrong". In "A Wednesday" she was portrayed as a reporter.
