Andakataha is the shell of the mundane egg. This can be found in beyond the sea of fresh water, where the land is of gold, and where no living beings reside. It extends the Loka Loka Mountain, which is 10,000 yojanas in breadth and as many in height. The perpetual darkness invests the mountain all around, the darkness of which is again encompassed by the shell of the egg.
