The step well has been named as Shahi Baoli and it is one of the ancient stepwells. Shahi Baoli or Imambara Stepwell has an interesting architecture.

Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport and Lucknow Junction Railway Station are the nearest to Bara Imambara. Lucknow can also be reached by road via National Highway 19.
