Bhuvanesha Ganapati or Bhuvanesa Ganapati is one of the thirty-two forms of Lord Ganesha. The elephant-headed Hindu god is the son of Parvati and Lord Shiva. Ganesha is especially worshipped by merchants and traders before the commencement of any new project or venture. In the form of Bhuvanesha Ganapati, Ganesha carries a noose, a bow of sugarcane, a goad, a conch and the shoots of paddy grass. Bhuvanesha Ganapati is portrayed with a white complexion.
