Sarmishta

Sarmishta is the daughter of demon Vrishaparvan, and is one of the wives of king Yayati.

In the Hindu mythology it is mentioned that Sarmishta is the daughter of the asura or demon king, Vrishaparvan. Sarmishta is one of the wives of king Yayati. She is the mother of Puru, who gave his youth to his father, receiving in exchange Yayati`s infirmities.
