Pram Locha, Celestial Nymph According to the Hindu legends, Pram Locha is a celestial nymph. Pram Locha was one of the Apsarasas, of the Devika, or divine class from whom ten other Apsaras enumerated.

It was Pramlocha, who interrupted the penance of Kandu, and remained on earth with him for so many years.
