Shiv Temple is located in Mooni in Billawar taluk of Kathua district in Jammu & Kashmir. It is dedicated to Lord Shiva. The Shiv Temple is placed on the banks of the Bhinni, the main tributary of the Ujh River. The spherical dome of the temple is the singular attraction for the tourists visiting the temple. Regular buses ply from Jammu, Kathua, Udhampur, Pathankot and Basohli to Mooni. The nearest railhead is Ghagwal Railway Station.
