One such significant place is Nohar. In fact Nohar is the name of a city, which is situated in the district of Hanumangarh of same Indian state. A municipality has been established so that it can supervise its administration.

Literacy condition acts as vital information. It is said that the average literacy rate of Nohar comprises of 61 %, which is higher than that of the entire nation. 59.5 % is the average literacy rate of India. Male literacy constitutes 70 %. Rate of female literacy constitutes 52 %.

In order to carry on conversation people use a famous dialect of Rajasthani called Bagri. Other languages like Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu are quite significant.
