Poonam Gulati is an Indian actress who is best known for her roles in movies such as, ‘Isi Life Mein...!’ and ‘Chalta Hai Yaar’. She has also appeared in a small number of well-liked TV serials such as, ‘Saat Phere- Saloni Ka Safar’ & ‘Jabb Love Hua’. Her film career has been fairly lively as she worked with some of the foremost stars in the film industry. Apart from acting Poonam Gulati is also a trained Western classical ballet dancer.

Her film ‘Isi Life Mein’ is a story on youngsters who are chiefly confused about the choices of their career. In this film, she shared the screen space with some of the leading experienced actors such as, Salman Khan’, ‘Suhasini Mulay' and ' Gajendra Chauhan'. She was recognized for her act and she became a known face in the entertainment industry. In her other film ‘Chalta Hai Yaar’, she worked with some experienced personalities such as, ' Asrani', ' Shubha Khote', ' Viju Khote' & Shakti Kapoor.
She has done a few booming serials like ‘Saat Phere’, which was aired on Zee TV. This serial profitably completed more than 800 episodes and was liked by the audience. She played the role of the younger sister of the lead heroine. Her other serial was ‘Jab Love Hua’ was aired on Zee TV, in which she essayed the role of ‘Kangana’.
