As a result of this, in the year 1943, was established the Bishnu Museum. It is exactly located at the Assam Regimental Centre in the Happy Valley. The stored items in this museum include regimental memorabilia, Japanese arm captured during World War II, arms captured during counter insurgency operations, uniforms, accoutrements and photographs.
