Established in the year 1857, the year of Sepoy Mutiny in the Indian History, this museum is a wonderful place for the historians and the scholars to enjoy. Not only the historians, but general people are sure to be entertained and feel interested while visiting such a museum like the Art Museum.
The objects that are displayed in the museum include, arts, crafts, metal images, wood carvings, ivory works, lamps, musical instruments, stone images, handicrafts, numismatic collections, paintings, etc.
The museum welcomes people to visit from 10am to 4:45pm. There are few special holidays of the museum. The regular holiday is on Monday.
