This grand event congregates a number of bright luminaries and Bollywood personalities who gather to celebrate together the works and achievements of Indian cinema. Award presentations and sparkling performances are featured in the event. Zee Cine Awards presents awards under varied categories to appreciate the contributions of Bollywood professionals in different cinematic fields.

14th Zee Cine Awards
14th Zee Cine Awards was held in the year 2014, on 8th February in the city of Mumbai and was aired on 23rd February on multiple channels. It was organized to honour the best films of the previous year, 2013. Bollywood actors Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan served as co-anchors for the event. A number of versatile and potent actors have starred in the Bollywood films over years and won the hearts of millions with their brilliant performances. The films of 2013 also featured some such great actors which marked a tough competition in the Zee Cine Awards for Best Actor in 2014. The nominations for this category included Aamir Khan for Dhoom 3, Aditya Roy Kapoor for Aashiqui 2, Farhan Akhtar for Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Ranbir Kapoor for Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Ranveer Singh for Goliyon Ki Rasleela: Ram Leela and Shahrukh Khan for Chennai Express. In the event Shahrukh Khan walked away with the award for his performance in Chennai Express.
