Cheese Corn Balls

Cheese Corn Balls are delicious snacks that are consumed with tomato ketchup or any chutney.

Cheese Corn BallsCheese Corn Balls are delicious snacks item mostly consumed as starter. The basic ingredients of this dish are sweet corn kernels, cheese and coriander leaves to name a few. They are easy to make and can be prepared at home.

Ingredients of Cheese Corn Balls

•150 gms boiled sweet corn kernels
•200 gms processed cheese, grated
•4 tsp maida
•1 tsp corn flour
•1 inch piece of ginger, chopped
•2 green chillies, chopped
•1 tsp red chilli powder
•2 tsp fresh coriander leaves, chopped
•1 tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Water as required

Method of Preparing Cheese Corn Balls

•Grind the corn a little.
•Place in a deep bowl and mix in cheese, maida, corn flour, ginger, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander leaves, cumin powder and salt. Also one can add water to bind the mixture.
•Shape the mixture into tiny balls.
•Deep-fry the cheese corn balls until both sides turn golden-brown.
•The crispy cheese corn balls are ready to serve.

Ingredients of Cheese Corn Balls

•1 cup grated mixed vegetables- French beans, carrots, cabbage
•1/2 cup coarsely ground sweet corn
Black pepper powder to taste
•1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
•2 tsp corn flour
•2 tsp coriander powder
•Few lettuce leaves
•1 bulb chopped spring onions
•1/4 cup grated cheese
•Oil for frying
•Salt to taste

Method of Preparing Cheese Corn Balls

•Firstly, mix cheese, sweet corn, French beans, carrots, cabbage, and pring onions together.
•Then add corn flour, salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder, green chilli sauce and mix together.
•Make small balls out of the mixture and keep it on a plate drizzled with little corn flour.
•Deep fry the cheese corn balls until they turn golden brown.
•Decorate a plate with lettuce leaves and corn and place the cheese corn balls on the plate.
•Serve hot.

This mouth-watering recipe can be served with tomato ketchup or with any chutney as per preference.
