Pwan Shankar is an actor of the small screen born in Allahabad. He is a management graduate from IMT Ghaziabad. He left a regular job in Allahabad and came to Mumbai and enrolled in Kishore Namit Kapoor`s acting course. Following that he did many prestigious ad campaigns, the most popular being that of the Reid & Taylor with Amitabh Bachhan. He capitulated to fame with the serial `Siddhant.`
His strong performance as a lawyer in another popular K-series soap `Kasamh Se` also had a deep impact on the audiences. He has also acted in other serials like `Thoda Si Zameen, Thoda Sa Aasman` and `Aisa Desh Hai Mera.` Pawan Shankar is married to Yukti and has a son Devasya.
