Neha Hinge was crowned Femina Miss India International in 2010. She also won subtitles, Miss Fresh Face, Miss Professional and Miss Bollywood Diva. She competed in Miss International 2010 and was among the semi-finalists.

Neha Hinge made her Bollywood debut with Luv U Soniyo alongside Tanuj Virwani, son of actress Rati Agnihotri. The movie was not received very well at the box office and some critics and websites termed the movie as a disaster. In 2015 she acted in Sagapatham and in 2016 she appeared in Valli.
