The coastal lands of Murudeshwar beach abound in coconut and hence sweets prepared from local coconut and other flavours of rice and vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes are sure temptation to the tourists. Murudeshwar Beach can be visited throughout the year. It can be reached by roadways and railways from Bengaluru and by roadways from Karwar.
