Kibber Village is a small village of Himachal Pradesh which is one of the most prominent tourist attraction sites in Himachal Pradesh and is the highest Motorable village in the world. The scenery of Kibber is similar to that of Ladakh and Buddhism is the principal religion here.

Kibber Village is a village high in the Spiti Valley in the Himalayas at 4270 metres or 14,200 feet in Himachal Pradesh in northern India. It lies in a narrow valley on the summit of a limestone rock. It is located 20 kilometres from Kaza and a bus service connects them in the milder summer months.
Attractions of Kibber Village
Kibber Village has a Buddhist monastery called Kibber Monastery and a natural sanctuary called the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary. Kibber Monastery was founded by Serkang Rimpochhe of Tabo. Other nearby villages such as Komic, Hikkim and Langshu looks similar and can be reached easily from Kibber. The houses in Kibber are constructed in Tibetan style with stone and adobe bricks. Kibber Village houses many popular monasteries and temples which tourists can visit.
Tourists can also visit the Kibber Wildlife Sanctuary which houses many snow-dwelling animals such as Ibex, Blue Sheep, Red Fox, Tibetan Woolly Hare, Himalayan Wolf, Lynx, Pika, Tibetan Wild Ass and Snow Leopard. The trekking and mountaineering are the main attractions of the village. Tourists can go to the Dandmachan Peak for trekking or mountaineering and also for photography. Kibber also arranges many camping facilities during summer and there are some options for home stays. The locals serve Indian as well as Tibetan cuisines to the visitors.
